Many Hands Make GREAT Work

Once again, Soccer Camp 2017 was a huge success. One of our favourite things about camp is how many people have become involved in the process. It is no longer about one single organization getting the credit for putting on a great camp experience. It is about a collective group of us using sports as a platform to give God the glory and tells kids about Jesus. And we are so grateful to each one of our partners!

Athletes In Action camps provide athletes with opportunities to develop their skills and fundamentals, learning from elite college/university players and coaches. Tanya, Charity, Ben and Dan were an amazing team. Teaching the kids essential soccer skills and sharing their testimonies in coaches corner make them integral to camp.

The Creek Community Church is a church partner who has been with us from the beginning. For 10 years, The Creek has supported this week of camp financially and puts together all of our lunches everyday for each of our campers. Our tummies thank you!

This year we had the great opportunity to partner with Onside Athletics who provided us with 9 amazing summer coaches to help fill out our coaching team. These amazing coaches gave selflessly of themselves to the campers and the campers loved them!

A camp without the kids just wouldn’t be camp. Thanks to CityKidz and their Summer to Remember program, provide us with kids who deserve a great camp experience and might not otherwise get it. They also provide them with transportation to and from camp everyday.

The last day of camp is always an extra special day thanks to Kim at Little Caesars in Stoney Creek who provides us with FREE pizzas and drinks for all of the kids (and coaches) at camp!

Redeemer University College is where our camp takes place. Their amazing facility provides these kids with an excellent camp experience that they may never otherwise experience.

Reach Forth but mainly our Summer Intern Chris Loma who ensures that everything runs smoothly. Making contact with all the moving parts and ensuring everyone knows what they are doing and running the day to day things at camp.
